Heres a couple helpful FYIs:
1. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder for our introduction email. (no really, if you didn’t receive communication from us - 99.9% of the time it is in some weird folder. We send a response to all potential new clients within 24 hours.)
2. After you book online, we will send you an invoice & Venmo request. When we receive payment, your visits will be confirmed, scheduled and reserved. We only accept payment using Venmo.
3. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.
4. All new clients will need to fill out a client profile detailing specifics for your pet(s) & their visits.
