OVERNIGHT CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Overnight service is a speciality service in which we have 3 caregivers who are available. The below is our requirement to feel safe & comfortable during this service. A breach of contract will result in overnight services no longer being accommodated for the client going forward and even an immediate termination of current service.

  1. Residences should be clean and comfortable. Specifically bathroom and kitchen areas should be clean, tidy, and useable. Kitchen sinks should be empty and free of dirty dishes. If the residence is not in acceptable cleanliness condition client will be notified immediately. The caregiver will provide a PM visit and return for an AM visit. The overnight will be forfeited and a refund will not be issued.

  2. Sleeping accommodations for caregiver should have fresh & clean sheets. Sheets should be changed day of departure if there is one bed option.

  3. Due to our health & safety protocols, guests / friends of the client should refrain from coming over to the residence during the entirety of our service.

  4. For safety reasons if a client intends on coming home during our service or returns earlier than intended VP needs to be notified.

  5. There should be an adequate amount of toilet paper for the entirety of our service. We ask that all toilets be flushed before our arrival.

  6. If you have an in home camera, we ask for a dark period of 9pm - 7am for privacy.

  7. COVID testing requirements - Two rapid tests over three days prior to leaving with at least 24 hours (and no more than 48 hours) between tests. Each at home rapid test comes with two tests for this reason. Our booking email will include the exact dates these tests are due. Each test must be sent by 6pm (end of business day to be logged). If we do not receive either test by 6pm, overnights will be cancelled. Both tests must be submitted with photos containing: ID, digital time clock such as computer, tablet, or phone and the rapid test.
